The work environment is a traditional heavy manufacturing facility, characterized by robust industrial machinery, continuous production lines, and a loud, high-energy atmosphere. Safety is the absolute top priority in this manufacturing & logistics setting. All team members are required to wear proper safety gear, including hearing protection and appropriate footwear, to ensure a secure working environment.

Responsibilities
• set up machines for specific production runs.
• Safely operate and continuously monitor fastener manufacturing equipment, including cold headers and thread rollers.
• Execute rigorous quality control checks using basic measurements and visual inspections
• Handle materials efficiently, including loading raw materials like cold heading wire and safely removing finished bins.
• Maintain a pristine work area and strictly adhere to all heavy manufacturing facility safety protocols and procedures.
• Review technical specifications and work orders to guarantee precision in every automotive stud and pin produced.

Qualifications
• Previous hands-on experience with manufacturing machinery is highly preferred.
• A demonstrated track record of exceptional reliability, outstanding punctuality, and consistent attendance.
• A strong willingness to learn and be trained on highly specific fastener manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Capacity to thrive in a loud, heavy manufacturing facility while strictly wearing mandatory proper safety gear and hearing protection.
• Physical stamina necessary for active material handling, loading heavy wire, and managing bulk production bins safely.
