Tasks: Hire, supervise and schedule staff. Schedule work. Plan and direct grounds maintenance. Plan and estimate labour and materials. Maintain work records and logs. Tender and administer contracts. Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies. Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality. Supervise nursery and greenhouse workers. Supervision: 3-4 people. Area of specialization: Nursery or greenhouse. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment.
