Pharmacist - Specialty Training Provided for Licensed MB RPh:Randstad Canada

Job description:

Pharmacist - Specialty Setting - Winnipeg, MB - Full-Time, Permanent - Healthcare

Are you a licensed Pharmacist looking to step away from the pressures of high-volume retail, unpredictable shift rotations, and endless evening or weekend coverage?

This permanent, full-time Pharmacist opportunity in Winnipeg offers an exceptional practice setting focused entirely on specialized patient care, rather than fast-paced retail transactions. Working out of a modern setting, alongside an on-site pharmacy leader and a skilled team of pharmacy coordinators, you will play a central role in dispensing complex therapies to patients across Manitoba and Saskatchewan (SK license is required within a reasonable timeframe after starting - related licensing fees will be paid for by our client).

With reasonably-paced prescription volume, dedicated desk space, structured weekday hours (8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.), and no regular evenings, weekends, or statutory holidays, this role provides true work-life balance and a supportive platform to master specialty therapies. Previous specialty pharmacy or oncology experience is not required. Comprehensive training modules, manufacturer resources, and collaborative onboarding support are in place to ensure your success from day one.

Have questions or hesitations? Contact Jennifer Andrew at 905-302-6450 or for more details prior to applying.
