In this role, you will help maintain a smooth and efficient workflow by tracking orders, preparing outgoing packages, and collaborating closely with a dedicated team in a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities
Track and expedite orders through computerized inventory and processing systems
Package and prepare outgoing shipments, verify order accuracy, print waybills, and finalize invoices
Inspect and clean products to maintain quality control standards
Assist with matching and tracing frames as workflow allows
Keep the shipping, receiving, and customer service areas organized and efficient
Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure daily deadlines are met

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Proficiency with basic computer tools and Windows applications
Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Proven capability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced setting
Strong team-first mindset and positive interpersonal skills
